As a Telemarketer for Dave Steinbach State Farm Agency, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. This is a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation with the opportunity to grow within the agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
- Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency’s growth.
